Terms of service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Who we are

Rondel is a digital stamp card service operated by Johan Armando Villamil Gaitán, an individual holding Colombian citizenship ID 1.013.646.891 ("Rondel"). Contact: hola@rondelapp.com.

By creating an account or using Rondel you accept these terms. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you can bind it. The Spanish version is the binding one.

2. The service

Rondel lets a business create a stamp card, record its customers' purchases and visits, hand out rewards and see figures about its operation. Customers can see their cards, join businesses and redeem rewards.

The rewards, each card's conditions and the relationship with its customers are each business's responsibility. Rondel is not a party to that relationship and does not guarantee the rewards a business offers.

3. Your account

You must give truthful information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for what is done with it and for the permissions you give your team.

4. Plans and payments

Rondel has a free plan with limits and paid plans with more room. Prices and what each plan includes are on rondelapp.com and may change; a price change applies from your next billing period and we tell you beforehand.

Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record and issuing receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; when you cancel you keep the plan until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails there may be a grace period; after it, the account returns to the free plan's limits without losing its data.

5. Your customers' data

If you are a business, you are the controller of your customers' data and Rondel processes it on your behalf, as set out in our data policy. You undertake to have your customers' authorization and to use their data only for your loyalty program and what the law allows.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Rondel for illegal activity, to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, to try to reach other people's accounts or data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Intellectual property

Rondel, its brand and its software are ours. You keep the rights to your content (for example, your logo and your business's data) and give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep Rondel available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or third-party failures. The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rondel is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by third parties, and its total liability to a business is limited to what that business paid Rondel in the twelve months before the event.

10. Termination

You can stop using Rondel and delete your account whenever you like. We may end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms, telling you beforehand where possible.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is meaningful we will tell you before it applies; using Rondel after that means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disagreement will first be settled directly by writing to our email address.
