In their phone, not your drawer
They open it in the browser, nothing to install, and see every stamp and every purchase. Google Wallet and Apple Wallet are coming.
Digital stamp cards for cafés, boba shops & bakeries
Rondel puts your stamp card in your customer's phone. Nothing to install, no paper to lose, no stamps faked with a pen.

The paper card
= regulars you never knew you had.
There's an easier way.
Paper card
Rondel
Lost in the wash, left in other jeans
In their phone, in Rondel
Faked with a pen in ten seconds
A signed code that rotates, so a screenshot won't work
You never learn who comes back
Every visit on record: who, how often, what they've earned
No way to reach them
A lock-screen nudge when they're one stamp away
Watch it work
Your cashier scans the customer's code or types their number. The stamp lands, the card updates, and a nudge arrives when the reward is close.
Filmed in the real app
No mockups: these are clips of Rondel at work, in a test café.
They look your shop up on Rondel and join in one tap. Nothing to download.
They confirm with a code on their phone, so nobody collects someone else's stamps.
When the card is full, they claim it by showing their code at the till.
People nearby find your shop in Rondel's directory.
Who has a reward waiting, who's one stamp away, and what each of them spends.
Sales, stamps and who came back. No spreadsheets.
How it works
Set it up once before you open. By lunch, your regulars are collecting.
Create my stamp cardPick the reward, how many stamps it takes and your colors. Ten minutes, once.
Customers scan it and join in seconds. No download, and nothing longer to fill in than a name and a phone.
Your team stamps from any phone. You see who's back, who's close to a reward, and who you haven't seen in a while.
What you get
Built at the counter of a bubble tea shop in a Bogotá mall, not in a boardroom.
They open it in the browser, nothing to install, and see every stamp and every purchase. Google Wallet and Apple Wallet are coming.
The stamp lands on their phone the moment they pay, and when the card fills up the reward announces itself.
Each customer's code is signed and keeps changing. Voiding a sale takes a manager's PIN, and every stamp is on the record.
See who comes back, how often, and who is one visit away from a reward.
Add locations as you grow. Each keeps its own hours, team, figures and currency.
One app, every shop
Your card reaches them with a QR and lives on their phone, nothing to install: in Rondel, where all their cards sit together — yours next to their bakery's and their barber's. And people nearby find you in Rondel's directory.
Made for
Why this exists
I'm a developer in Bogotá. My partner runs a bubble tea shop in a mall, and I kept watching paper stamp cards come back to the counter soaked, torn, or not at all.
Rondel started as her stamp card. It's built for the counter: quick when there's a line, simple enough for a cashier on their first day.
I read every message myself. If something you need is missing, tell me.

Stamps and rewards reach their phone the moment they happen, on every plan. WhatsApp promos aren't here yet: when they arrive they will be optional and paid as credits, because WhatsApp charges for each message.
